Project Changes

Warranties and Disclaimers

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all work completed to the date of termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Virginia.
